I purchased 2 sets of handknit animal hat and mitts and followed directions and made full payment using my credit card. After waiting for 7 weeks and not hearing from company, I emailed them to find out that they no longer had the items that I had selected. They offered an alternate which was not acceptable to me at all. I asked for a full credit to my card onlt to be emailed that they only would give me a store credit. No one answers their phones and no one has returned any of my queries. The message on their phone only says that they are experiencing an unusually high call volume and the wait would be over 10 minutes. I waited for an hour
My order no# is P 27405 132 067D5 and the confirmation # is 1160738.
I am VERY suspicious about this company and would like a full refund and hope that NO ONE else will EVER use this company.
