My name is Joelynn Stevens, I got a email from knock out white teeth gel sent me an offer for free trial of the teeth whitening gel and i pay for shipping of $1.09... I did not sign up for a membership nor did i authorize a second charge on my credit card 2 months later after the trial. The second charge was for $19.41, on 1/25.. I tried to call the customer service to get my money back and they said that the computer system was down and to call back. I tried calling again and got the same bullcrap, try back again. While i was waiting to speak with a customer service rep, there was a lady speaking about how to keep the trial offer and not send it back and only get charged $9.00.. No thank you. Who the heck offers a free trial offer and then says in order to get your unauthorized charges back you have to send back the FREE sample. I am very angry by this munipulation, what happened to good business practices, it seems more and more business are following these corrupt ways..
