Rip off and scam

I order this product on line, with a trial. I believed it to be a 30 day trial but I called them to cancel as I couldn't take the stuff on 5/14, I ordered on 5/5. They charged MY account on the 18th 87.13 which they won't refund, I also found another charge of 39.95 before that. They argued that I agreed to that but never anywhere did it say I would be charged that kind of charge as I never would have done it. I spoke to the supervisor and she wouldn't budge I told her I would send all of it back, I want a refund but they won't give me my money back. I told her I would never have agreed to this knowing the cost as I wasn't sure I was going to be able to take the product. It is a very shady outfit. They don't speak english well and they have NO concern for the wellfare of others. I don't want the product and will warn ANYONE not to buy their products. It is a scam if you can't get a refund on product not even used!!!
