I closed out my account because I was moving. I was told when I closed out my new account they would not close it out for a month. So I had to pay for an additional month of service I did not use. Then I get my statement in the mail saying they owed me money, but would not pay me until March! That was in December. I asked them if they were going to give me interest on MY money, and they said no.
