I sent 30-day cancellation, following songcast's online agreement, to cancel their useless account two months ago. They replied that I had to wait two morer months or pay a penalty. So I waited. This week I sent another csncellation notice to the same address, using the address they publish on their website for the purpose support@songcast.com and now the email bounces back. I am finished playing by their rules. This is a scam. I'm firing back!
