I always seem to have a problem w just fab even tho I tried to put them behind me and just "click the skip the month button"

I've done just that and when I checked the statements on my prepaid card it says I've bought something? No I have not and yes I have skipped the damn month.

The last time I had a problem w them, they did not contact me until I made my complaint here, actually sent me my confirmation number and the shoes, which looked not quite the same as the picture and actually looked uncomfortable to wear. I couldn't believe the restocking fee I was told about, as if they really don't want the piece of shit shoes back at all costs. The woman I miraculously spoke to on the phone said to me that most people are unhappy w the website bc they don't know how to use it? Which I thought was bullshit, bc when I look for a live chat w a consultant there is absolutely no one there. A pop up is there but no live chat taking place. And the skip the month button? Must be a joke bc what else would be the explanation for me being charged on my card? It's so hard to get a hold of this company and I even asked them to take me off their godforsaken "VIP list" and want nothing to do w them. This site is a LEECH. I'm tired of them and the stress they're causing me. I need help.
