I ordered a free trial online for $5.17. I received the shipment, then was billed for second shipment I did not order, nor was I contacted by email to allow me time to cancel any "Assumed" agreement with this company. I was also billed by another company BFWhite for $97.05 for the same shipment. After trying to contact the companies by e mail, with no response, and by telephone, they did not answer, I contacted my credit card company.

With the help of my credit card company I was able to contact these companies, which I do assume are the same company. Supposedly my order is cancelled, and they will refund me HydraWhite $45 and BFWhite $45. Hopefully I will at least receive a partial return as they stated to me on the phone today.

Even if I returned the product at my own expense they refused to refund the entire amount of $186.48. I will update if I actually receive a partial refund. I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company to hopefully stop this company, (or companies), from charging my credit card yet again.
