My debit card was charged at this establishment without my knowledge or consent. I reported the issue to my bank who canceled the card and investigated. The owner, Bill Saiff, stated he had a receipt for the charges that did not match my signature and he knows who signed for it. He refused to refund the charges, provide copies of the receipt or return calls from myself and the bank regarding the issue.
