Could Not Close Card, Told Corporate Must Approve Transfers

I wanted to close my Netspend card and was told that I had over 6 transfers from my savings account and that there corporate had to ok it. After a day I phone back and was told that by a jack worker id 285883 that he did not have a number for there corporate head office and would not let me close my account. Netspend is a scam!!!
