I loaded 301.00 onto my card and the text came to my phone as i was at the counter saying i only had $173.90. When i called they said i had a negative balance. Which there is no possible way as to this is a pre-paid credit card!!! They stole $127.00 instantly and still won't give me my money back or give me the corporate office number.netspend is a (inappropriate content removed) scam company. Don't ever use netspend!!!
