Netspend corporation po box 2136 austin texas 78786 they are with holding my tax return, saying i am to black they cant see my face on identification card

For four days i have been sending several goverment documents to netspend by fax, in went into there office where hey sell netspend cards, fax my utility bill and drivers license and social security documents, for four days, they said since i was so black on my identification card they could not release my tax return and they have a block on my account, they then said that too many people in one house hold has netspend card, but that what corporation are for to serve more than one consumer, i was told by a live netspend customer service worker that, netspend has been stealing and holding on to several customers tax return refund, they tell them that they wont close there account or unblock there card, so they keep there customer tax return and spend there money them later atfer three months maybe, return it, they said they didnt care about the irs or the federal goverment, they refuse to send the tax return back to the irs even though its a customers, and they refuse to take the block off the card, they made fun of the irs and the federal trade center, one of there live representives said they have always been stealing money and they could care less about the irs or the federal trade or customer law for the united states, they will continue to withold tax returns and they could careless if the irs doesnt like or customers they will keep the block on, regardless of the laws for united states customers
