I flew into Miami airport and rented a car to go to the Keys. I hadn't been there is several years. Several months after I returned home I received five $15.00 fees for not paying tolls. I didn't remember any toll booths that I didn't stop and pay. I found out Florida has "SunPass". You can't stop and pay. The rental agency did not tell me about any tolls or fines I would have to pay. I guess there is an electronic device you can rent, which I would have if I had known. I think it's a ripp off.
