What a total ripoff!!! I signed up for the 14 day free trial. I actually GAINED weight using this product and had to diet after I stopped using it to get back to my pre-trial weight.

I called within the 14-day trial period, but they'd already charged my account for a recurring charge / monthly automated renewal! I placed the order on 1/3, received the product the night of 1/9, and started using it right away on 1/10. I called on 1/22 to cancel it and they told me the trial STARTS ON THE DAY YOU PLACE THE ORDER!!! Huh? So it's really a 7-day trial, and if you don't call right away, they charge you for the month.

I argued with them, finally got an RMA, and now have to pay to return the product and wait up to a month for a refund.

Total SCAM!!
