Weight Loss Systems Charged for free trial and received product after the free trial period was ove

Company advertised on the internet of free trial of product. S & H only to be paid. Signed up for free trial and paid S&H of $3.87. Received product after 10 days and then was charged $87.00.

When called, was told I was too late, the free trial period began when I placed the order and I should have called on the 10th day.

They have agreed to refund 45% of cost as a restocking fee if I return product even though it is unopened.
Could not speak to any supervisor or other person or get their name.
