Today I spoke with a heavily accented "Customer Service rep" of this scamming firm. Here is the info I was given:

To all those who received those so called "samples" — those chalk sticks are supposed to be a month's supply of this non-product. Hopefully you have kept the bogus stuff.

You will need to put the order number on the package. If you do not have paperwork (and you probably don't), call this number and they will be forced to cough it up.
