The ad is deceiving stating that you get a trial sample for $4.95 and that Dr. Oz recommends it. Next thing I know I get billed on 12/19 for $99 and then another shipment comes with another bill on 1/04 for $105.95. When I called customer service they were very rude and hard to understand... I finally got to a supervisor (which I think was the same guy) and he said he could only refund $30... Wow! Not only did they raise their voice at me but they cut me off!
