Manager rude and aggressive ripoff

A reasonably nice and professional Kirby salesman came to the house and did the typical 3 hour demonstration. I liked the machine and was considering buying it. I told him I knew it was his job to get me to buy today, but at $1900 it was my job to think it over and make a good decision. No hard feelings.

His boss then wanted to come over. So he came in and got pretty aggressive. "Why can't you buy it now? If you don't like it you can return it. Don't you want to save your family from the dust mites?" He even told me that if I decided to buy it next week, the price would go up $155 more!

Needless to say we didn't get along. I told him what I thought and this Kirby manager got up abruptly without saying a word and stormed out of the house, slamming open the screen door and not even bothering to shut it behind him.

Meanwhile, the salesman looked on in horror and despair as his boss, in the space of ten minutes ruined his chance of making a sale.

NEVER buy on the same day. Always think it over and you'll find out what kind of people you're dealing with.
