Sunday - January 20. Approximately 6:30 pm.

The company needs to hire intelligent and 'willing to work' employees.
First person started to take order. Had to leave to take care of the drive thru. Second person came to take order. Had to clear first person's code to use register before they could take order.
Order was totally messed up. We realized some thing had been left out after paying. (We were not charged for what we didn't get). Went back to counter to order what was missed. No one approached us to take the order. The whole time we were ordering and it was being prepared one of the employees was staring at teenage daughter/granddaughter. Even he did not see if he could help when we were trying to get the order corrected.
We gave up in discust and left. Had to fix something at home for the order that was left our. That order, by the way, was for more than one idem.
One comment made once we were at home was, "Should have went to Chick Fill-A."
This facility was not busy at the time. Obviously. If one employee could stand around doing nothing. There were very few customers.

Please hire more competent employees.
