Buyer Beware!
This is not a good, reputable online file storage company. I got a premier account for cheap. But then they nickel and dime you with extra services which are not refundable if you cancel the service. They have no telephone support for technical support. Their idea of technical support is emailing you a form letter of suggested fixes. There is no support followup after they email you.

I can not get File Sharing to work. There are no examples in their documentation showing how to make it work.

So far automatic backup of video files (you have to pay extra for that) is not working.

Their servers are very slow. It took about 20 hours to back up 1.5 Gb of data. Uploaded a 950 Mb file onto Justcloud and onto Onlinefilefolder.com to test upload speeds. Onlinefilefolder.com left Justcloud in the dust.

Save yourself a major headache and steer clear of this company.
