August signed up to take the Patient Care Tech class and EKG Tech class also. At that time LAURA LEONTI, Director of LaRock Academy, stated that the Phlebotomy course was part of the PCT course. I stated at that time that I am a certified Phlebotomy tech already and did not need to take this class. We paid cash, $2197 for the whole course. I passed the PCT and EKG Tech classes. All I want are my certificates that I have completed and passed these two classes. Can you help me? I do not want any monetary damages. Renee Whetsel, RMA
