Stole my Financial Aid from me!

I take college classes online. When I had a technical problem in the two classes I was taking, I contacted Technical support many times. On several different occasions I reported the troubles I was having. The tech support could not fix my problem right away. This was an ongoing problem. I was submitting my assignments to my instructor to email since I could not post in class. According to Axia rules, all assignments must be posted through class and not email.
When i called my counselor to explain the issue and that tech support was working on it, she said I was fine in doing what I was doing since I had documentation and backup. Well - that was a lie! Axia failed me in those two classes and regardless of being able to login to class or not or having backup documentation, they said I had to pay. I refused to pay because I knew I was right.
I sent letter after letter to counselor after counselor because my counselor was changing every couple of weeks. Their organization is very unstable and they have high turnover. When I finally did get someone who would listen, they said that too much time had passed and it was already too late to appeal. I was very angry. They applied for financial aid through the government without me knowing about it and took the money they said I owed from that payment. Complete and utter RIP-OFF!!!
