I cancelled a order I never even wanted on 9-4-12 but still had to pay 69.95 because I did not do it ahead of time. Then on 12-6-12 got charged again 69.95 and on 12-28-12 got charged again 69.95. I have a cancellation number from 9-4-12. I guess it does not matter if you have a number.
