Murphy's home services came out to pull the coils from our A/c unit and clean them. The service tech broke the drip pan and told us that it would be 2 days before they got another one in. We were told to that we could run the system but keep a pan under the unit, ok, but we work so water over filled the pan and water got under our hardwood floors, causing them to expand and raise up. Needless to say, Murphy's will not replace the wood and expected us to not use our air for 2 weeks in 90 degree weather. To conclude, Murphy's home Services Inc. Is not a reputable or moral company, they are liars and cheats.
