Someone from Ivory called me and ask if I am interested in their free sample with just a post fee charge around less $5. They asked for my credit card number over the phone and said if I don't like the product I should call them in 10 days since I receive it.
Here is what the wrote in their website:
Q: What is included in my package?

Without knowing that there are 2 small boxes (1 sample 1 full product) I opened both boxes and try one out of three products inside. I called them to let them know that the product is not working for me, I got a shocked that they will charge me around $30 if I don't return the full product in an unopened box and I need to pay the post fee again for it. No body told me about these. I told them why they send me a full product if I only want a sample to try the product. She just said that it was explained and I have agreed with it. I don't think so.
The bottom line is this is not a free sample but only their tricky way to sell their product without information upfront and worst we as the customer need to bear the cost of sending their product back and forth.
