Miscellaneous

On 7 Jan I went to my bank because I noticed while checking my account online that there had been an an attempt to debit my account for $89.00, which I did not initiate and did not have the funds for which caused me to be charged $30 non sufficient funds fee for the attempt. I went to the bank to find out who had tried to debit my account so I could pursue action to recover my cost for the non-sufficient funds fee. There was no info available online regarding the origin of the debtor, but when I went to the bank (it is actually a credit union but I am saying bank), they printed out a page with the details of the company that tried to bill me $89 and it was moneysaverplus. I then went home and phoned and left a message and went to the website and left a message and to no avail. The next week I had funds in my account and they made another play for my funds and withdrew $89. So I went to the bank filed an action that stated I never requested services from the debtor.
