From the day we signed up, Dish Network has been charging us more money every month, three years later and six letters guaranteeing us a dollar amount through 12-31-13 of $62.99 including taxes and we have paid our bill every month the day it is due.
A few months go buy and it happens all over again, they start changing the amount each month. Then threaten to turn service off - we tell them we don't owe anything and they try to get money out of us. I am not budging this time.
The first year we allowed them to auto deduct and then saw that they took out MORE MONEY every month than they should have and we were only allowing them to auto deduct to get FREE HD For life but we don't have HD because when intaller came he could not do it as it faced a tree - and he told them. We told them and he put it in writing.
We have never RENTED anything as we do not trust them.
We have told them NOT TO E MAIL US anymore and to send bills via us mail and they ignore that too.
I just called again and they are trying to say we owe $98 - we don't owe them ONE CENT.
