I received a call from a "legal acct. Assn." trying to collect $300.00 for a loan I was suppose to have taken out with Avance Payday Plus. Never happened. This person from India tried to get my banking info said I would be sued if I did not pay this loan. I knew this was a scam so I told him off and am now in the process of doing whatever I can to complain the legal institutions. Don't fall for this. This happed to me last yr. And I contacted the loan agency I actually had a loan with and they said none of legit payday loan places farm out their collections. They are all done in house at their company. Don't ever belive a foreign speaking person. Scam scam scam!
