Don't know advised I owed for payday loan I never applied for. Never have had a payday advance loan

This Company called my place of employment, my mother and my aunt advising I had taken out a pay day advance loan and never paid it back and they were going to sue me. I have never ever had a payday advance loan nor applied for one. I am deducting the $20 from my phone bill. They also told my aunt there was a warrant out for my arrest. Subjects were of foreign nature. I told them I knew there were no warrants as I work in law enforcement and I wasn't paying something I didn't owe. I did file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and BBB.
