On sat. Jan. 05 2013 i purchased a 2013 dodge grand caravan after being instructed about the serius radio contract i find the van did not have one but too late the purchase was made and end of story... Then i also purchased an extra key fob besides the 2 that came with it i was told they were expensive but i wanted to buy it anyway for backup. When i came in to pick it up and have it programed for my van i went home and thought i had better try out the valet key only to find it was removed when i called about it they told me it does not come with. Soo they took my 200and some dollars and gave me half of what i purchased i went there to complain to themgr. Who said it was wrong but like the salseman that sold me the van everything got quiet... What can i do???
