William Bruce sellsperson for the company selling E-Shield radiant barrier for the attic. Company Owner Jim Quigley. Demonstration done with a 3 layered product by Bill Bruce, installation done with a single layer product. 3 day right of recision bypassed. As soon as our loan was approved the money was taken. Bill insisted the product was correct. I contacted Jim who was to come by and inspect never did. They stopped answering the phones, their office is empty and now phones disconnected... I sent an e-mail to E-Shield for more info. Still waiting. We contacted the finance company who has stopped doing business with them.
