James called to say I won $1,000, 000.00 & a new Ford truck. He asked me for my visa card number, plus the phone number of Westamarica Bank costomer service phone numner, gave me a code "MTCN", acount #98977640054, gift #33314367707, plus his phone #1-876-508-2356 and told me they will deliver it to me next day in return for $400.00 for income tax. I said "{NO WAY}" this is a scame, and called Westamarica Bank costomer service to cancele my card, and thy did.
