I made a mistake in answering their radio advertisement and providing them a Credit Card number. They send additional product every month. I have refused acceptance of all packages from them except the first free trial.

I have repeatedly called the customer service only to reach a noisy call center with people who read from a script - over and over. When I ask for a supervisor I am told that one will call me within an hour. When I insist on being transferred to a supervisor, the "Customer Service agents" hang up on me. No one ever calls back, of course! I have yet to find a telephone number for this company.

I am determined not to allow these people to steal any more from me. I have cancelled my credit card at the bank and am disputing the charges through the bank and the AZ BBC. That is the only state where I can find any listing of the company. We looked up their address in Scottsdale and it is a UPS store.
