Ordered a search for a family members ancestry records. Was told i would be charged $1.00 (printed each screen of computer) i was charge $1.00 then an additional $19.95. I called and told them i was going to report the company to the ftc (they changed the name on the second charge. I received the $19.95 back after eleven days and two calls. I never received and information and they kept the $1.00... Not a lot of money but they billed the second charge as carinfo.com thinking no one would notice.
