I tried the home phone service, since I've been a customer for many years. The service was not working the way it should. After going to the office many times and trying two modules, i decided to stop that service and continue with my other three services. My sprint representative also spoke to customer service on my behalf. The company still wants to charge me the early cancellation fee for a service they could not provide. If I have to go to court for this issue, I will request to cancel all my service due to the lack of sprints acknowledging that they could not provide the service and appreciate my years of being a customer.
