Had to send back a defective Nikon lens, and sent the camera as well.
After over 6 weeks, I did not hear from them. So, i started calling—no response after about 6 tries—left many messages
I finally got through—they then indicated to me that they would replace the lens.
They denied that I sent back the camera as well—package weighed 6 pounds via USPS.
They are liars and cheats—wish that I would have read the reviews before dealing with this crazy company.
