Purchased sectional started sinking after 4 months complained told me to send pics i did also seams did 'nt line up with pillows i said i'll send the pics but someone has to come out to sit on the furniture. He told me thatn they didn't send people out i then told him that the main problem was the sinking he told me he would get back to me. But most of the time it was me getting back to him Now its six months Now it is six months and he sends the delivery guys to check it out i informed him that the guy i had been speaking to wants him to call he told him no spings or anything was broke in so many words it just was cheap furniture
