AKA Faulty furniture ripoff mistreated and scammed

In 1995 I purchased a living room suite, (2) sets of bunk beds w/mattresses. When the furniture arrived, the delivery men did not have the correct hardware to put the beds together. They told me they would abring the correct items back and put the beds together. Needless to say, they never came back and I bought the items needed and put the beds together myself. About a month into my NEW furniture, AThe oddaman started to fall apart. I called the store in Crossville to report it so I could get the furniture fixed.

I was told they would send someone out immediately but after 2 weeks I still didn't see anyone. I called back and they apologized and said they would send someone. Well, after 3 times I got mad!!! I told them that when they came to fix my furniture (by know the couches where sinking in) I would make the payments on the furniture. They sent someone out and told me if I would make one payment on the account they would send someone out immediately.

Of course, I never heard from anyone. Finally I told them to come get the furniture that I didn't want it anymore. They never came to get it. Finally I got sued and a judgement against me. On my credit report it has me down as owing $14000.00 for furniture when in reallity I only owe $900.00. Some idiot put the account # as the amount owed. Even though the company is gone I'm still being screwed!!!
