We purchased a sectional sofa made by Ashley furniture when we learned that if we purchased from XOfurniture, we would get free delivery. On contacting them a salesman named Steve, told us that this offer was valid only if we sent a check for the full purchase price first and we would get our furniture in about 2 weeks. This was in October. After several months of frustrating conversations and emails, they told us that through some "miscommunication" the sofa had never been ordered and we immediately cancelled the deal.in February we finally got the refund check. And it bounced! We contacted them and they said they would send us another check and it might take 2 weeks. It's a shame that Ashley Furniture has a representative like XO furniture. Do not be taken in by the XO furniture sales pitch.
