I came to hear about this product from an add on Facebook. I took advantage of a 14 day free trial. No confirmation email was ever recieved by me. I had no contact information to contact the company. No way to cancel. The only contact information was through my bank after $99.00 was debited from my account. The company will not give me a "partial" refund until they recieve the product and will not even guarantee that in writing. The only thing they sent was saying that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to recieve the refund after I send an unopened product back. What happened to the free trial?
