I cancelled my subscription/trial within 30-day period. Their customer service is not happy when you cancel the membership! Remember you need an RMA to send the product back regardless if you used it or not! I was told they will issue a credit within 30 days without any returns. I waited, no refund, called in and was told I am over 30 days to return anything and can't request my money back. Read their terms and conditions very carefully. Shady company and questionable product bordering on fake/fraud line covered by lies and fuzzy terms and conditions. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
