I ordered a complete DVD set that included each and every epsisode of Little House on the Prarie back in December. The deducted $99.00 from my account and gave me an order number - stating that it would take up to 4-5 weeks to receive (due to inexpensive-free shipping). I have YET to receive anything from them. I contacted customer service through their website and they just gave me a very bland explanation of why it was taking so long. I am furious. These people are complete crooks and need to be investigated.
