My son purchased a MK Hamilton Quilt bag for me for Christmas. It was iin the Myrtle Beach SC Store. I used it for about a week and the black trim around the handle peeled off. I took it back to the store and the lady exchanged it for another bag. The same bag. I used it again for another week and the same thing happened.in speaking with my sister in Orlando, She said her MK purse did the same thing. So this must be a problem with the handles with a piece of black trim around the handles. Anyway, I took the purse back to the store and the girl said that the bag, being made from sheepskin, should not be used as a daily bag. Only to use it for about 3 months, then change to something else. (What?) I only had the bag for about a week.
Stupid girl. Now she is saying that corporate must be contacted because there is probably a defect in the manufacture of the bag. They will probably repair it for me... Nice huh... I don't want it. A $350 bag.
I will certainly put this out there for others. Not happy... Get a grip corporate... What is the matter with you. It is time to purchase from Cole Hahn... They treat their customers right... Take a lesson MK.
