I purchased a purse from this company believing it to be the clearance website for Michael Kors. I used the purse for a week when the strap broke. Looked on their website for a phone number to call customer service and noticed that there was no phone number. No address, no information of any kind. I used their contact link and sent an email explaining what happened. I received a response from a "Susan Smith". I was told that I'd had the purse for a month, how could I expect to get my money back. Well a google search later and I found this website. I wish I would have found it earlier. Do not buy from this company!
