Purchased Red Dwarf Box set in December as a Christmas present. I am still waiting for it to arrive. Looking at the other complaints, I contacted my bank & have lodged a dispute. I urge others to do the same & hopefully will get money back. I think the site is down now, as not able to access site. This company has spoilt many peoples Christmas!!! Shame on these theives
