Ordered a box set of Frasier for my daughter for Christmas. She did not receive her gift until her birthday in March. The DVD's were scratched and most unplayable. I e-mailed them with my complaint and they said they were sending another shipment out. Well, it is August and nothing has been received. They have even blocked me from their site to sign in to my account. It will never get here and if it does, it will junk like the first order they sent.
