I ordered a DVD box set for a Christmas gift early December. They took my money and 7 weeks later I still have not received it, despite the "max. 10 working day postage". After trying to contact support multiple times, I realised I may have been scammed by what seemed like a professional Australian site. Only just recently have I seen many unhappy reviews confirming my suspicions.
