They sold me a lemon

I bought the scooter and paid extra for a two year warranty on it, I paid $2060.00 for it, and it took a month for me to recieve it and then once I did get it I unpacked it and put it together and I had to charge it before i could ride it and found that the charger wasn't any good on it, so I contacted omegastore's about it and they told me to send it back to them, that they wouldreplace it, I really didn't think at that time that things would get as they are now, but, after recieving the new charger for it, and charging it up, I was riding it about the third time the whole rear-end came aloose from the welds that held it to the monting brakets and it rolled up under the scooter and locked up the brakes on it and I almost got hit by the car that was behind me, I had to call a friend to come and help me transportit back to my house, then I cantacted omegastores, about it and told them that I wanted my money back, they refused to do so, they told me that they couldn't give my money back to me, jsut send the sacooter back to them for repair, I check to see what it would cost me to send it back to them, and it was $650.00, I am a disabilied Vet, I have been in 5 auto accidents, all of them was the other persons fault, I live on disaiblity and don't have that kind of money. So I took the rear-end off and shipped it back to them it took two months to get a new one, so by this time I have had the scooter for 5 months. Then I recieved the new rear-end and put it on and had ridden it about 5 time and then it would not keep a charge, and I contacted them again, and they told me to ship the batterys back to them for replacment, so I did, it took another month and half to get a set of new batterys, then one of them had a dead cell in it and the charger would cutt off, so Icontact a batter store and they told me that the reason that the batter chager would not cutt it self off, was becasue one of them had a dead cell in it, thenbefore I could send the bad one back to them I started having trouble with the scooter just shutting down while in motion, I wouldlet go and the throttle and pull it back down and it would take off again, and run for a while longer, this went on and on, each time it would take longer for it to pick up and go, I contacted Monica but she got to where she wouldn't return my emials to her, Now, the 31st. Of this month I will have this thing a year, and have gotten to irde it about total of 12 times in all, and I took off the power converter on it and sent it back to them for replacement, and it is a 450 watt 48 volt converter, and they sent me back a 500 watt 48 volt converter to rteplace the one that went out on it, and nowne of the wiring match's up and they didn't send me a wiring diagram to be able to install the new one, I have sent email after email to them inregaurds to this poblem I am having but they refuse to reply to me. I have take n it to a electric scooter and handi cap scooter repair shop for them to try to repair it, but they are lost with it, they tell me that they need a wirng diagram in order be able to repair it, this cost me $65.00. I have every email that I have sent to them and everyone that they have sent tome since I bought the scooter. I decided to contaqct another scooter place named ewheels.com and asked them if they could take over the warranty on it, and they told me that omegastores and cozytrikes has a lawsuite against them for making and selling the scooter with out a pattion on it, thta I am not the only one that they have taken to the cleaners with this scooter. I also lopok on the back tail light of it to see if there is a manufactor date on it, like a car has, and it does this scooter was sold to me ass new modle and it is actually a 2005 modle. This really makes me mad and discussed that I have been taken advantage like this, and can't find anyone to help me get me money back, or the socooter replaced, but I really just weant my money back and they people exposed.
