My daughter signed up for Writework for school. I assumed she was using it. After a few months I asked and she said she wasn't and I could cancel it but she didn't remember her login or password. And the phone number listed on my credit card statement is a recording. I've emailed numerous times asking to cancel or to speak to someone. I've disputed and had the charge reversed the past few months but I don't want to have to call each month and I don't want to have to cancel this card because it is used for many accounts. They've ignored my emails and I'm still getting charged $14.95 a month
