My bank account was charged $39.95 this fee for what was supposedly some type of make up cream, which I have not received as of this day 1/7. I called 1-877-930-9917 to inquire about the charge, and to find out how this could have happened after a long and unsual conversation with one of their representatives and a supervisor I was told that my subscription would be cancelled, however, I would have to send a e-mail to request a refund of the $39.95, as of today I have not received a refund.
