Ripped me off, wasted my time

I bought a poster through another website that transferred me to WOZO, and I thought I was just buying a. 99 cent poster. Nowhere on the page did it say I was authorizing them to charge me a 29.99 subscription fee.

Anyway, a few days later I was charged the subscription fee, and when I called to cancel, the rep said all I had to do was return the poster and they would refund ALL my money, subscription fee and all.

A couple weeks went by and I never received my poster, so I contacted them to let them know.By this point I've received two e-mails saying my refund is pending, but there's no indication of this in my bank account. The rep I spoke to at that point (Bridget) told me all she could do was send an e-mail telling them to process the refund. I then got another e-mail saying all I needed to do was return the poster, and my money would be refunded. I responded saying I never received it.

I called in again, and the rep (Janice) said AGAIN all she could do was send an e-mail saying I didn't receive my order and I would get a refund.

It's been another week, and I have no response from my last e-mail and no refunds in my bank account. I called them again today, and now they're telling me they can only refund the. 99 cents I paid for the poster, not the 29.99 subscription fee, which was promised to me at the first phone call. Again, all she said she could do was send an e-mail, and someone would either e-mail me or call me back.

Still waiting, still feel like I'm getting ripped off. Even if I do get the money back, it was not worth all the stress and it seems pretty fraudulent to me.
